Business Process Framework (BPF)
At Kendall & Davis, Inc., we have created a BPF to assure 100% service satisfaction from both the Candidates and Client. We start out by working directly with the hiring manager which leads us to positioning an unprecedented understanding of the customers' requirements.
Those requirements are then assigned a team leader. Each leader has technical niche expertise and a team that specializes in the geography and technology of their marketplaces' companies. Search criteria is queried from our extensive proprietary database and delivered to the project team for recruiting purposes. Discretely, the customers' position is actively marketed to qualified individuals. The qualified available candidates are scheduled for interviews and a determination is made as to whether the candidate would fully meet the customers' requirements. The project leader will manage the introductory process. Both hiring manager and applicant are fully briefed on the needs of the other to avoid any surprises during the customers' selection process. After the customer and applicant interview, both parties are debriefed by the project leader to determine if an offer should be extended and if so, will it be accepted. Our BPF quality assurance methods, standard and procedures allow our customers to enjoy a 2:1 interview to hire ratio.
