To ease the transition of the contractor from one client to the next, Kendall and Davis Resources has Liaisons to support the contractors while on assignment. They are your Safe Harbor Lifeline.

Your Liaison will visit your contractor on-site weekly during their first month, twice in their second month, and monthly thereafter.

They will be there to assist the contractor in interpreting human resource issues, such as company policy, procedures, benefits, and travel arrangement. Liaisons mediate issues between you and the contractor that arise while they are on assignment and assist in the transition of the contractor into and out of the client site. They act as your first point of contact with Kendall and Davis. To ensure continued employment for our contractors, Liaisons actively pursue contract extensions. Our safe harbor will calm the rough sea throughout the hiring storm.
