The Siebel Project
Kendall & Davis is the systems integrator for a Fortune 50 company implementing Siebel. The projects revolve around Call Center, Warranty, Sales and Service. The client has asked for many enhancements and modifications to the Siebel out-of-the-box applications.
We have identified of 12-15 sub-projects that will last well into 2007. Beyond this implementation, there are other business units planning to implement Siebel.
The project manager was selected because he was the best of the best at what he does: Siebel. He is applying Siebel's best practices and has created a center of excellence to oversee and manage the project.
