Program Architect

The professional who fills this position will be performing the following tasks:

  • Provide advice and guidance to the Client's Project Manager
  • Assist Client's Project Team with the installation of the Siebel Application and in the set-up of a test database in Client's development environment.
  • Assist Client's Project Team in determining which of the typically used environments will be established and in identifying associated set-up issues.
  • Assist the Client's staff in defining the technical architecture required to support the Client's deployment of the Siebel Application.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Client Project Team on the potential impact of all Clint's Current Application configuration requirements as expressed in the implementation to the Siebel Application.
  • Assist Client in preparing an appropriate design for the infrastructure of Client's production environment taking into account Client's resources, budget, and business and technical needs as identified by Client to the Consultant.
  • Provide Client with guidance on the appropriate placement of various Siebel components across multiple servers for the Siebel production and testing environments in connection with proposed upgrade to the Siebel Application.
  • Assist Client in validating the recommended Siebel server sizing requirements for the infrastructure of Client's production environment in connection with proposed implementation of the Siebel Application

Project Manager

The professional who fills this position will be performing the following tasks:

  • Maintain the Project Team Issues and Risk Log.
  • Maintain the Client's project plan and schedule.
  • Assist with the creation and development of Siebel requirements, Projects Requirements, RFPs, and project documentation as required by GE.
  • Oversee the attainment of Project milestone deliverables by:
    • Escalating to Client Management when milestones are missed.
    • Reviewing deliverables to ensure Client sign-off and acceptable forms are completed accurately and on time.
  •  
    • Coordinating with Project Leads (Client/Client's subcontractors)
    • Conducting meetings
  • Create Weekly Status Reports on Project Team progress, ensuring status reporting details are produce on time and succinct.

Business Analysts

The professional who fills this position will be performing the following tasks:

  • Advise the Customer as to current leading practices for defining business processes and gathering business and functional requirements.
  • Assist and support Customer's Project Team with the analysis of Customer's functional requirements and determining Customer's business drivers, supporting business processes and business requirements to configure, integrate and implement the Seibel Application.
  • Assist and support Customer with conducting workshops, during which Customer's stakeholders will be:
    • Educated in the out-of-the-box business processes and functionality of the Siebel Application.
    • Interviewed to document Customer's current business processes.
    • Consulted to define and document Customer's desired business processes and business requirements for the Siebel Application.
  • Assist and support Customer's project Team with a gap analysis, analyzing whether or not functional requirements identified by Customer with respect to the implementation of the Siebel Application can be addressed through the out-of-the-box functionality of the Siebel Application, and , for requirements that cannot be satisfied by out-of-the-box functionality, identification of potential configuration changes to support such for functional requirements or changes to the identified functional requirements to take better advantage of the out-of-the-box functionality of the Target Application.
  • Advise Customer's Project Manager on current leading practices for the implementation of the Siebel Application to meet Customer's functional requirements.
  • Advise Customer's Project Team regarding the out-of-the-box functionality available within the Siebel Application.
  • Advise Customer's Project Team regarding possible approaches to map Customer's identified business requirements to the siebel Application.
  • Advise Customer's Project Team regarding preparation of design documents addressing the Siebel Application functionality to be configured in accordance with Customer's gap analysis.
  • Assist Customer's Project Team in reviewing Customer's design document(s) for the configuration of the Siebel Application.
  • Assist Customer in developing functional documentation of the configuration for Customer to use in supporting the Siebel Application once the Project is complete.

Configuration Specialists - Tech Lead

The professional who fills this position will be performing the following tasks:

  • Assist Customer with the design, configuration and testing of the Siebel Sales, Service and Call Center modules of the Siebel Application.
  • Assist Customer in determining the expected level of configuration effort required to complete the configuration of the Siebel Application.
  • Assist Customer in developing technical documentation reflecting Customer's configuration of the Application.
  • Assist the customer by providing technical leadership to the projects.
