Kendall and Davis is a full service Information Systems Human Resource Firm offering Direct Placement, Staff Augmentation and Consulting Services. Founded 35 years ago, we have specialized in Information Technology for the last 20 years. The company's headquarters are in Fort Wayne, Indiana and is owned by President and CEO, Richard F. Pulse.
Kendall and Davis enjoys a reputation for the ability to deliver the finest Information Systems Professionals for any given need, anywhere, anytime. We possess one of the strongest active and passive Information Technology recruiting systems in the country and have placed over 3,000 Information Technology Professionals since 1990. Our President and CEO, Richard Pulse joined Kendall and Davis, Inc in 1975. At the time Kendall and Davis, Inc was an employment agency based out of Saint Louis, Missouri. Richard quickly learned this business was about service and developed a simple motto: Serve customers by providing the talent managers need to accomplish more at less cost.
By 1980, the explosion in the Information Technology field had begun and Kendall and Davis, Inc Fort Wayne, Indiana focused all of its energies to serve this growing field. This unparalleled understanding of the IT Professionals and ability to train and transfer the knowledge to Human Resource Consultants became the envy of the industry. Many times former Kendall and Davis recruiters were hired by the Midwest's largest corporations and contract firms to reengineer their internal hiring process.
Today Kendall and Davis, Inc is independently owned and operated by Richard Pulse. We began providing contract IT Resources in 1991 and remain as one of the largest independent firms specializing in both direct and contract IT Human Resources.
